Typical questions are often about the practical use of products. A finished product must have specific characteristics with regard to dust, flowability, odour, evaporation of granulates or flavour criteria.
Potential solutions such as a combination of carriers or other additives, dust suppression, the addition of flavourings or the coating of granulates after acid adsorption are tested by our experts in the laboratory.
If the idea is technically feasible and tolerability and efficacy of individual components are right both qualitatively and quantitatively, the only question remaining is commercial viability. If that, too, works out then a new product is created.
